Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to all past team members ("Referrers") of Global Teacher. Past team member is any individual who has completed a teacher training program with Global Teacher. 
• Referred customers ("Referees") must be new customers to Global Teacher and have not previously completed a program. 

2. How the Program Works:

• Referrers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to Global Teacher..
• Referees must make an application for an eligible program using the application form, they are to put the full name of the referrer in the provided section.

3. Eligible program:

• An eligible program includes all programs currently offered by Global Teacher. This may change depending on the nature of future products and services we may advertise.

4. Reward:

• Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a $100 credit. The $100 credit for the Referee will be applied to the program that they are applying for. As such there is a maximum of $100 discount available for new customers using the referral program.
• The $100 credit for the Referrer will be applied to their account. They will be notified of the credit once the Referee has paid their deposit, but will not be eligible to be used until the Referee has completed the program. The credit can be accumulated and used together towards one program.
• The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

5. Redemption:

• The referrer will need to notify Global Teacher at the time of applying that they wish to use credit accumulated from the referral program. 

6. Limits:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
• The referral program may be subject to limitations or restrictions imposed by applicable laws or regulations.

7. Exclusions:

• Once any applicant has already completed a Global Teacher program they will be added to the referral program as a Referrer. They are no longer eligible to be a referee in future programs. 

8. Termination:

• Global Teacher reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the referral program may result in the disqualification of participants.

9. Modification of Terms:

• Global Teacher reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Referrers and Referees will be notified of any changes.

10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the referral program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

By participating in the referral program, both Referrers and Referees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
