Here's a detailed itinerary for our program in Lovina, Bali:
Day 1 - Arrival:
- Private transfer from the airport or hotel to Villa Dewi Sri in Lovina (3.5-hour drive).
- Unpack and settle into your luxury private villa.
- Evening orientation meeting and dinner.
Days 2-6 - Local School Placement:
- Transport provided to and from your local school.
- Collaborate with team members and local teachers in a 5-day teacher training program.
- Training and daily details provided.
- Breakfast and dinner served by on-site staff at Villa.
- Afternoons and evenings include relaxation, team debriefings, and workshop preparations.
- Social events during the week, including a professional Balinese massage at the villa.
Day 7 - Professional Development Workshop:
- Transport to and from the workshop venue.
- Present local teachers with workshops focusing on various teaching strategies.
- Training on leadership skills for workshop presentations.
- Day begins with an opening ceremony, including the national anthem, and concludes with a certificate presentation.
- Morning tea and lunch provided by Global Teacher for team members and local teachers.
Days 8-9 - 2 Days of Excursions:
- First day explores North Bali, visiting natural wonders like waterfalls and volcanoes.
- Stay overnight at Mercure Legian Bali in Legian.
- Second day explores popular Bali tourist destinations in the Ubud area, including rice fields, temples, and the monkey forest.
Day 10 - Departure:
- Enjoy your final day with relaxation, dining, and shopping within walking distance.
- Organize your private transfer, either to the airport or to your next hotel if you decide to extend your stay.

Things to Consider
- Participants are provided with luxury accomodation and chef prepared meals. It still should be noted that like many SE Asian countries there is a small chance of 'bali belly'. We do provide information on the best ways to avoid this.
- Classes and schools may have changes to their schedule with short notice. The team leader is constantly working to ensure that we are able to keep to the planned itinerary as much as possible.
- Travel times to the schools vary, they may be up to 45 min if placed in a village school
Excursion Add-on
We are excited to offer an option to extend your stay with a few extra days of excursions beyond the included program. This extension allows participants to experience some of the most stunning natural beauty our destinations have to offer.
- 2 extra nights accomodation (4 star hotel) w/ meals.
- Additional day 1: Day tour that includes both ATV and rafting. Cooking class in the evening.
- Additional Day 2: Full day land and sea tour of Nusa Penida, visit the most beautiful beaches in Bali.
