- session 1: Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork
- session 2: Topic Talk: How to avoid and overcome burnout and achieve a healthy work-life Balance

- Sunrise hike up Mt. Batur
- Local School tour in Songan to observe and learn from local Balinese schools
- Visit local natural landmarks on the day including cooling off in a spectacular waterfall
- Balinese culture and nature tour

Things to consider
- This study and wellness tour is different to our regular model and does not follow the same outline and eligibility as our Teacher Training Program as described on the 'Program' page.
- You may opt out of any part of the tour you wish.
Excursion Add-on
We are excited to offer an option to extend your stay with a few extra days of excursions beyond the included program. This extension allows participants to experience some of the most stunning natural beauty our destinations have to offer.
- 2 extra nights accommodation (4 star hotel) w/ breakfast, lunch and 1 dinner included.
- Additional day 1: Day tour that includes both ATV and rafting. Cooking class in the evening.
- Additional Day 2: Full day land and sea tour of Nusa Penida, visit the most beautiful beaches in Bali.

* This tour is available to everyone and does not necessitate teaching credentials or prior experience. Upon completing the application form, you will receive a detailed invoice. You'll have a 15-day window to submit a deposit, securing your spot. Availability is limited, and reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
